Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We offer worldwide shipping from the UK.
Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Please note: These delivery times apply to most of our stock. Some products, particularly those that are dropshipped, may take longer (see below).

Dropshipped Items – Longer Delivery Times

Some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, particularly for specialty or made-to-order items.

  • These items may take 7–21 business days (or longer for certain international destinations).
  • Extended delivery times will be clearly noted on the relevant product pages.
  • You will still receive a tracking number once the item has shipped.

If your order contains both stocked and dropshipped items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Costs

  • UK Orders over £25 – FREE Standard Shipping
  • UK Orders under £25 – Shipping calculated at checkout
  • International Shipping – Rates calculated at checkout
  • Express/Tracked Options – Available at checkout for an additional fee

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, where applicable.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your tracking information
  2. Contact your local delivery provider

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Infinite Outdoor – Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@infinite-outdoor.com. Once your return is authorised, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Important: Items sent back to us without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a fault or manufacturing defect

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Washroom accessories
  • Food products
  • Coffee / Beverages

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (items sold at a reduced price unless faulty)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us before placing or returning an order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the unwanted item
  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at sales@infinite-outdoor.com.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the Consumer Rights Directive.

As with all returns, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unused, with tags, in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
